- This race is a scenic course in the beautiful grounds of Shoreham woods.
- There are parts that are quite challenging so a PB is unlikely.
- The race will be chip timed,.
- A donation from each entry will go straight to Shoreham woods for maintenance and upkeep of this wonderful woodlands.

After the race Brenda’s team will be selling home made cakes at the registration desk to raise funds for their charity. In June 2019 Brenda and Stephen lost their beautiful daughter suddenly at the age of 28 to Bilateral Pulmonary Embboli resulting from a DVT. Sophie’s tragic death has been the family’s inspiration to alert the general public to the symptoms of DVT/PE. We will be raising funds for Thrombosis UK (TUK), a small charity which receives no Government funding This charity strives to raise awareness for this dreadful, life threatening condition which is often misdiagnosed
