- This race is a scenic course in the beautiful grounds of Shoreham woods.
- There are parts that are quite challenging so a PB is unlikely.
- The race will be chip timed,.
- A donation from each entry will go straight to Shoreham woods for maintenance and upkeep of this wonderful woodlands.

I have chosen this charity as my father was Diagnosed in 2020 with a mix of Alzheimers and Vascular dementia, he moved in with us and as a family we cared for him sadly he passed away the 1st October 2023
